Cummings & Lockwood Welcomes Four New Associates

Cummings & Lockwood is pleased to announce that four new Associates have recently joined the firm. “We are very excited to have a new crop of bright and talented Associates join Cummings & Lockwood in several of our offices,” noted Laura Weintraub Beck, Chairman and Managing Director.
Michelle L. Beyer is an Associate in Cummings & Lockwood’s Private Clients Group and is based in the firm’s West Hartford office. She received her J.D. with a certificate in Insurance Law and Regulation from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her LL.M. in Elder Law and Estate Planning from Western New England University School of Law. In addition, Michelle received her B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts, and her M.S. in International Real Estate Management from Florida International University. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut.
Mary Margaret Clark is an Associate in Cummings & Lockwood’s Private Clients Group and is based in the firm’s Bonita Springs office. She received her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her J.D. from the Samford University Cumberland School of Law. In addition, Mary received both her B.S. in Finance, cum laude, and M.B.A. from Samford University. She is admitted to practice law in Alabama and is awaiting admission to the Florida bar.
Morgan Crabtree Fox is an Associate in Cummings & Lockwood’s Private Clients Group and is based in the firm’s Greenwich office. She received her J.D. with a concentration in Tax, magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science and Communications from American University. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New York and Florida.
Kara A. Zarchin is an Associate in Cummings & Lockwood's Litigation Group and is based in the Stamford office where she primarily practices in the areas of commercial litigation, trust and probate litigation, and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Kara received her J.D. with Honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law, her M.A. in English from the Middlebury Bread Loaf School of English, and her B.A. in English and History, cum laude, from Middlebury College. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and New York.
