Cummings & Lockwood Attorneys Participate in Columbia Law School Panel on Careers in Private Wealth and Estate Planning

Laura W. Beck and Wyatt R. Jansen of Cummings & Lockwood will be participating in a panel discussion entitled “Careers in Private Wealth and Estate Planning” hosted by Columbia Law School on February 18. 2025. Based in Greenwich, Connecticut, Laura is a Columbia Law School alumna, a Principal the firm’s Private Clients Group, and Chairman and Managing Director of Cummings & Lockwood. Wyatt is based in Stamford, Connecticut, and is a Principal in the firm’s Fiduciary and Probate Litigation Group.
Other participants include Columbia Law School Professor Jill Miller and Julie Min Chayet, a lawyer from Fiduciary Trust. Each speaker will discuss their career paths, why they love what they do, practice insights, and advice for new associates interested in pursuing a career in private wealth law.
