Cummings & Lockwood Announces the Promotion of David M. Halpen to Principal-in-Charge of the Palm Beach Garden's Office

Cummings & Lockwood is pleased to announce that David M. Halpen, a Principal in the Firm’s Private Clients Group, has been promoted to Principal-in-Charge of the Firm’s Palm Beach Gardens office.
David has been with Cummings & Lockwood for two years and brings over 20 years of legal experience in trusts and estates planning, estate settlement, trust administration, business succession planning, and U.S. and international tax planning for a variety of high net worth clients. Prior to joining Cummings & Lockwood, he was a shareholder with Dunwody, White & Landon in their Naples and Palm Beach offices.
He received his B.A., J.D. and LL.M. in Tax from the University of Florida, as well as received a Diploma from both the University of Leiden, The Netherlands and the Paris Institute of International Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Palm Beach County Bar Association, and North Palm Beach County and Martin County Estate Planning Counsel.
