8 Cummings & Lockwood’s Trusts and Estates Attorneys Recognized as “Top Lawyers” in Palm Beach, Collier and Lee Counties, Florida in 2024

Cummings & Lockwood is pleased to announce that eight of its trusts and estates attorneys in Palm Beach, Collier and Lee Counties, Florida, were recognized as “Top Lawyers” by Palm Beach Media in 2024.

Each year, Palm Beach Media, the publisher of Palm Beach Illustrated and Naples Illustrated, partners with Professional Research Services to conduct a survey reaching licensed attorneys in Palm Beach County and in Collier and Lee Counties and asks who they would recommend, other than themselves, in that geographic area.

Attorneys were allowed to name up to three colleagues in each specialty.  Nominees were then evaluated on the basis of the survey results, the status of their licenses, and their standing with the Florida Bar.  Qualifying attorneys who received the highest number of votes are reflected on the list of “Top Lawyers.”

In the September 2024 “Top Lawyers” issue of Palm Beach Illustrated, David M. Halpen, a Principal in Cummings & Lockwood’s Private Clients Group in the Palm Beach Gardens Office, was listed as a “Top Lawyer” in Tax Law in Palm Beach County.
