Ashley Seth is an Associate in Cummings & Lockwood’s Private Clients Group and is based in the Greenwich office. She has over a decade of experience advising individuals and families on sophisticated estate and wealth transfer planning, and representing fiduciaries through comprehensive and complex estate and trust administration.
Ashley’s planning practice includes the drafting and implementation of a broad range of estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, living wills and health care proxies, as well as the preparation of prenuptial agreements, and entity planning and business succession documents.
Ashley also has experience handling real estate transactions arising in the context of estate and trust administration, and counseling fiduciaries on the related tax implications of such transfers.
